Returns & Exchanges

ALGN stands behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@algntactical.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are free. Email us at support@algntactical.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your original item, or sooner if the replacement size is in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
